Palm Desert Geeks has been the Coachella Valley's go-to technology and marketing partner for nearly two decades. Same shop, same phone number, growing alongside the businesses we serve.
Palm Desert Geeks started in 2005 as a small computer repair shop in Palm Desert โ fixing PCs, removing viruses, and helping people get online. It was a simpler tech era, and the work was hands-on.
As our clients grew, their needs grew with them. The home business that needed help with a virus eventually had four employees and a network. The small office that wanted a single computer set up came back for an entire phone system. The restaurant that asked about Wi-Fi for guests eventually asked us to redesign their website, then run their social media, then produce a TV commercial.
So we grew the company to match. We added experienced network engineers. We brought in graphic designers, copywriters, and video producers. We hired account managers who could translate between the technical side and the creative side. And we made a deliberate choice to stay local โ to the six valley cities where we could guarantee real, on-the-ground service.
Most small businesses in the valley end up juggling four or five vendors: an IT person, a web developer, a marketing agency, an ad rep at a TV station, maybe a social media freelancer. Each one is good at their thing, but none of them talk to each other. The marketing team launches a campaign, but the website can't handle the traffic. The IT team fixes a problem, but didn't know about the email campaign going out the next day. Nothing breaks dramatically โ it just sits in a quiet state of "not quite right."
We built our company to solve that problem. By having IT and marketing under one roof, with shared leadership and a single point of contact, we eliminate the friction between the two halves of your business that should be working together. Your campaigns get built knowing what your infrastructure can handle. Your infrastructure gets planned knowing what marketing has coming up.
That's not a feature. It's the whole model.
We'd rather tell you a project isn't worth doing than sell you something that won't deliver. The long-term relationship is worth more than any single sale.
You can drive to our office. You can call and get a person. When something goes wrong, there's no offshore team to blame. We own our work, in our community.
Technology and marketing are full of jargon designed to make you feel small. We won't do that. If we can't explain something simply, we don't understand it well enough yet.
We focus on results that affect your business: leads, calls, revenue, uptime. Not vanity metrics, not impressions, not "engagement" โ the actual numbers you care about.
We build websites, networks, and campaigns to last. No shortcuts that look great today and fall apart in six months. Everything we deliver is something we'd want to maintain ourselves.
We focus on six valley cities. We focus on small to mid-sized business. That focus is why we're good at what we do โ not despite it, because of it.
No sales reps who disappear after the contract signs. No project managers who route every question through three layers. You'll work directly with the people building, fixing, and creating.

We're not just a business in the Coachella Valley โ we're part of it. Our team lives here, our kids go to school here, and our clients are our neighbors.
Over the years we've supported local nonprofits with discounted services, sponsored youth sports, donated equipment to schools, and partnered with valley business organizations. We believe strongly that the success of our company is tied directly to the health of our local economy โ so we invest in it.
If you're a nonprofit, school, or community organization that could use help with technology or marketing, give us a call. We do a limited amount of discounted and pro-bono work every year โ let's talk about whether your project fits.
We'd love to learn about your business and what you're trying to accomplish. No high-pressure sales โ just a real conversation.
